Cat. #00151120022: HELEN HAYES

Charming, youthful vintage 8x10-inch black and white portrait, boldly signed in black felt-tip pen in her later years. In good condition, with slight trimming to the right edge. Dubbed the First Lady of American Theatre, lovely Helen Hayes was one of only eleven entertainers to earn an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony-- and a Presidential Medal of Honor to boot.  On the big screen, she was unforgettable in Arrowsmith (1931), The Sin of Madelon Claudet (1931), A Farewell to Arms (1932), The White Sister (1932), What Every Woman Knows (1934), Stage Door Canteen (1943), My Son John (1952), Anastasia (1956), and Airport (1970).
